What counts as an interview?

A live customer conversation, by voice or text, up to 10 minutes. Previews and test runs while you build your agent don't count against your monthly volume.

Can I use my own questions and branding?

Yes — write your own questions, or let the AI draft the interview and edit from there. On Growth and above, interview pages carry your brand colors.

Do you integrate with our CRM or CS tool?
